Pore Size 0.05um MBR Membrane Elements for Sludge Treatment with PVDF material
Advantages of hollow fiber membrane
1. High water flux.
By modifying PVDF, the hydrophilicity of the membrane is greatly improved, the porosity of the membrane reaches more than 70%, and the flux of the membrane product increases by more than 30%.
2. High separation accuracy.
The micropores of the membrane filaments are uniform, uniform and dense, and can be controlled and adjusted within the separation pore size range of 0.03-0.1μm to ensure the filtration accuracy of the membrane.
3. Long service life.
Adopting a unique embedded braided tube structure, with high membrane wire strength, effectively preventing wire breakage. The unique coating production process makes the membrane and the lining braided tube tightly combined, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of membrane peeling, and has great recoil resistance. strengthen.
4. Strong chemical resistance.
It can be more thoroughly chemically cleaned, and the problem of membrane fouling can be better solved, the membrane flux recovery rate is high, and the service life is longer.

Technology:
1. Oil content: generally, the oil components in raw water are mainly animal oil, vegetable oil and mineral oil; when there are oil /grease in raw water, the oil will adsorb with the surface of membrane, and then diffuse into the membrane pore, forming pollution and blockage. It is suggested that the content of animal and vegetable oil should be less than 50mg / L and mineral oil should be less than 3mg / L.
2. Auxiliary agents: during the operation , it is often necessary to add some auxiliary agents, such as defoamer and coagulant. In this case, agents that do not damage the membrane structure and do not pollute the membrane surface should be selected, such as advanced ethanol series defoamers.
3. Non degradable substances: the raw water may contain fiber, hair and other substances, which are difficult to be removed by biochemical treatment or chemical coagulation. Therefore, when the raw water contains such substances, it should be pretreated with fine grid before entering the reactor.
4. MLSS concentration: if the activated sludge concentration is too high or too low, the membrane pressure difference will increase. It is suggested that the MLSS value should be 5000 ~ 12000mg / L, the limit use range should be 3000 ~ 15000mg / L, and the optimal range should be 5000 ~ 6000mg / L.
5. Sludge viscosity: when sludge viscosity is less than or equal to 30MPa · s, it is good for the operation of the system.
6. Temperature: MBR membrane products can be applied in the temperature range of 5 ~ 45 ℃, but considering the state of activated sludge, it is suggested that the operation effect is better in the range of 15 ~ 35 ℃.
