18M2 MBR Membrane Elements for Wastewater Treatment with PVDF material

 

A membrane bioreactor (MBR) is defined as a wastewater treatment system that utilizes the processes of either ultrafiltration or microfiltration membranes to filter the total mass of organisms (biomass) from purified water. The membranes used in these systems consist of pore sizes of 0.1 pm or less, with the ability to remove TSS and bacteria from treated water. It also should be noted that the membrane module is capable of being submerged in aeration basins or even distinct tanks externally from the basin.

Membrane bioreactors works by combining the of a membrane process such as microfiltration or ultrafiltration with a suspended growth bioreactor.
